      Orders are worked on a "First-Come, First-Served" basis.

      All items are custom made at the time of ordering.
      Please allow 10 days time for manufacturing and shipping of your order.

      All shipments are insured against the invoiced amount, and require signature confirmation.

      Sorry we do not ship to any P.O. Box address.

      All international shipments require a longer processing time, and an additional handling fee for shipping.       The international buyer is responsible for paying any customs and duty fees imposed by their country.

      If the item that you ordered is on "Back Order", we will ship the item to you as soon as the item becomes       available. Shipping Back Orders usually take from two to three weeks. If you do not wish to be placed on
      a "Back Order" status, we highly suggest placing a revised order.
      Please email to notify us that you have placed a revised order, otherwise, we will ship you the order that       we have received.

      Refunds are done in the form of merchandise credit only.

      You have 3 days to inspect the merchandise upon receipt of goods and return it to us.

      If you wish to change a color or style (this is only allowed one time per customer)

      No merchandise credit will be given to any one who returns an item that has been damaged
      by misuse, abuse.

Ordering
      We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide
      contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information

      and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact
      information is used to get in touch with the user.
